Welcome to Booking Prime ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Service Provider Policy ("Policy") governs the relationship between Booking Prime and service providers ("Service Providers," "you," or "your"), such as hotels, car rental companies, airlines, tour operators, and others, who offer their services through our platform at https://booking-prime.com, our mobile application, or any related services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is part of our Legal Terms, including our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Return Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. By partnering with Booking Prime as a Service Provider, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable Legal Terms. If you do not agree with this Policy or our Legal Terms, you must not offer services through our platform.

1. Service Provider Eligibility and Onboarding
To become a Service Provider on Booking Prime, you must:

  • Be a legally registered business or individual authorized to provide the services offered.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the onboarding process, including business details, contact information, and service descriptions.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the jurisdictions where you operate and where your services are offered.
  • Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance as required for your services.
  • Submit to any verification or vetting processes required by Booking Prime, including identity verification and background checks, if applicable.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in suspension or termination of your Service Provider account.

2. Service Listings and Content
Service Providers are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date listings for their services on the Booking Prime platform. When creating listings, you agree to:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and truthful descriptions of your services, including pricing, availability, terms, conditions, and any restrictions or requirements.
  • Upload high-quality images, videos, or other content that accurately represent your services.
  • Ensure all content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and does not include illegal, misleading, or inappropriate material.
  • Promptly update listings to reflect changes in availability, pricing, or service details.
  • Include any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges in the listed price or clearly disclose them in the listing description.

Booking Prime reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing content that violates this Policy, our Legal Terms, or applicable laws.

3. Service Provider Responsibilities
As a Service Provider, you agree to:

  • Fulfill all bookings made through the platform in a professional, timely, and high-quality manner consistent with your listing descriptions.
  • Honor all bookings at the agreed-upon price and terms, except in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond your control, as outlined in our Terms of Use.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, booking requests, and support issues through the platform’s communication tools.
  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage for your services to protect against potential liabilities.
  • Comply with all applicable health, safety, and accessibility regulations relevant to your services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to Booking Prime regarding cancellations, refunds, or service disruptions.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Service Providers are responsible for setting competitive and transparent pricing for their services.
  • Booking Prime may charge a commission or service fee for bookings made through the platform, as agreed upon in your Service Provider agreement.
  • Payments to Service Providers will be processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., MasterCard, VisaCard, American Express, PayPal, Stripe) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Service Providers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon in your Service Provider agreement, as stated in our Return Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities
Service Providers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and refrain from:

  • Engaging in deceptive practices, such as misrepresenting services, availability, or pricing.
  • Attempting to bypass the Booking Prime platform to complete transactions directly with customers.
  • Using the platform to promote or offer services that violate applicable laws, regulations, or this Policy.
  • Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against customers, Booking Prime staff, or other Service Providers.
  • Uploading or transmitting any content or material that violates intellectual property rights, contains viruses, or disrupts the platform’s functionality.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform’s software or data.

A full list of prohibited activities is available in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your Service Provider account, and we may take legal action if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property
Service Providers grant Booking Prime a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute any content provided for listings (e.g., images, descriptions, logos) for the purpose of promoting and operating the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Booking Prime retains all rights to its own intellectual property, as outlined in the Terms of Use.

7. Data and Privacy
Service Providers must comply with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws when handling customer personal information obtained through the Services. You agree to:

  • Only use customer data for the purpose of fulfilling bookings and providing services.
  • Protect customer data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  • Not share customer data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill bookings or as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
  • Notify Booking Prime immediately of any data breach or suspected breach involving customer information.

Booking Prime may share Service Provider data with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination and Suspension
Booking Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Service Provider’s access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Breach of this Policy, our Legal Terms, or applicable laws.
  • Failure to meet service quality standards or customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Repeated customer complaints or negative feedback.

Upon termination, Service Providers must fulfill any outstanding bookings unless otherwise agreed. Terminated Service Providers are prohibited from creating new accounts without express permission from Booking Prime.

9. Liability and Indemnification
Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold Booking Prime, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your services, including any failure to fulfill bookings or meet quality standards.
  • Your breach of this Policy, our Legal Terms, or applicable laws.
  • Any violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Any harm caused to customers or other parties through your services.

Booking Prime’s liability to Service Providers is limited as outlined in the Terms of Use and Disclaimer. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Policy or your participation as a Service Provider shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Use, including informal negotiations and binding arbitration in Damascus, Syria, under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court.

11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updates will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy. Your continued participation as a Service Provider after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Syria, as outlined in our Terms of Use. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Damascus.
