3. Customer Responsibilities
As a Customer, you agree to:

  • Use the Services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and refrain from illegal, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.
  • Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges for your bookings as outlined during the booking process.
  • Provide accurate travel details, including arrival times, special requests, or accessibility needs, to the Service Provider where required.
  • Comply with the Service Provider’s policies, such as check-in requirements, cancellation terms, or conduct rules (e.g., hotel no-smoking policies).
  • Notify Booking Prime promptly of any issues, disputes, or complaints related to your booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Service Provider’s cancellation policy, as displayed during the booking process, and our Return Policy.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the Service Provider’s terms or required by applicable law.
  • To request a cancellation or refund, contact Booking Prime or the Service Provider directly through the platform’s communication tools.
  • Booking Prime is not responsible for losses due to non-refunded cancellations unless caused by our error or negligence.

5. Prohibited Activities
Customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and refrain from:

  • Attempting to bypass the platform to book directly with Service Providers to avoid fees.

  • We strive to ensure accurate listings but are not responsible for errors or changes made by Service Providers.
  • Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and Booking Prime’s liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Use.

8. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with a Service Provider, we encourage you to contact them directly. Booking Prime may assist in facilitating communication but is not obligated to resolve disputes. Any legal disputes with Booking Prime shall be resolved per the Terms of Use, including binding arbitration in Damascus, Syria, under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court.
